Baptism

Matthew and Emily were baptized on March 24 by Fr. Gary Shexnayder at St. Michael's Catholic Church in Crowley.  Matthew's godparents are Nanan Meg and Nonkie Coon and Emily's are Uncle Frankie and Nanny Natalie. We had lunch after at Mimi and Dagger's house!

 

Texas Bluebonnets 2012

Bluebonnets (the Texas state flower) bloom in mid-March to early April. This year they are extra pretty and abundant due to steady rain and a mild winter. We took a day trip to Chappell Hill, Texas to check out the flowers and take pics of our favorite twins and pups!

9 months old

Matthew and Emily went for their 9 month check up and here is how they measured up:

Matthew: 16 pounds 2 oz; 27 inches
Emily: 15 pounds 9 oz, 27.75 inches

We have sitters!

As of tonight, both Matthew and Emily can sit alone... no mommy or daddy assistance and no boppy. Pics to come.....
